Hotel Piran summer compilation!

This summer, DJ and producer Benjamin Shock presents his first vinyl release titled Hotel Piran 99.
This coastal lounge compilation blends electronic rhythms with the ambient sounds of Piran — sea waves, church bells, and seagulls — creating a unique soundscape that serves as a personal tribute to the artist’s hometown.

The track features field recordings from various locations around the city, forming a rich audio narrative. Several local musicians contributed their talents: vocals and lyrics by Manca Kozlovič, saxophone by Erik Kramberger, trombone by Denis Beganović – Kiki, guitar by Aleš Fakin, and electric piano by Aleksander Radosavljević.
The cover artwork was created by local photographer Jaka Ivančič, capturing the spirit of Piran’s seafront.
